True, but in the past some of their dishes were on the edible side of that line. Now it's plain old shit.
I have noticed that recently there's been a trend for many places that were semi-okay to have crossed that same border. Has there been a trend to replace the wai di with taste buds for sweet, oily, Shanghai-gloop cooks ? Most places I go now, I feel like they may as well put a trough on the table. It's slop.
